Second Life® is a virtual world - a permanent 3D surrounding that is completely user-created. Through various tools for building and scripting users can create almost whatever they want to. Furthermore they can interact, carry on a trade and communicate in numerous ways. Is newBERLIN respectively Second Life® really free of charge? YES! You don't have to pay to register for a basic account. Still, there is money Second Life®, so-called Linden dollars that you can earn(or just buy HERE)and spend and even are convertable to real dollars. If you register for Second Life® via the BERLINin3D.com homepage, you even receive 100 L$ as a welcome gift from the city. To obtain the money, just contact the little bear called "Helfer Flow" in our welcome area. 5. Where can I get help in case I've got problems with Second Life®? If you manage to log in via BERLINin3D.com, you will automatically start at newBERLIN German Newbie Center (GNC), where all your questions concerning Second Life® can be answered via chat. Furthermore you can always contact the avatar "Helfer Flow" via IM (= Instant Message). 6. Second Life® requirements Make sure your system meets the system requirements.
